Salon Policies

Alta Moda Salon prides itself on our expertise in customer care and services. Because of this we have policies in place to ensure the ultimate salon experience for our clientele and responsibilities and care for each of our stylist.

Service Adjustment Policy:

In the case that we have not met or exceeded your expectations with your hair, we would like to invite you back into the salon within 48 hours of your service for a complimentary adjustment.

Cancellation Policy:

Alta Moda Salon requires 48-hour notice for any cancellation of an appointment. Please make sure to call during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees.

Credit Card Policy:

Alta Moda Salon requires a credit card to be on file for all new clients in support of our cancellation policy. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 48-hour notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment and of any charges you will be receiving.

Return Policy:

Alta Moda Salon stands behind all of our products, including Oribe, R&CO, Kerastase, Brazilian Blowout, Harper + Ari, and Oligo. Should you feel dissatisfaction with any of these products, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned products purchased at Alta Moda Salon to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All sales of jewelry, hairbrushes, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

Alcohol Policy:

Alta Moda Salon provides an array of refreshments including wine, sodas, coffee, and snacks. We ask that no outside alcohol be brought into the salon unless approved and none taken outside the salon at any time.
